You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, as per Australian Consumer Law and EU regulations. This is your statutory right to change your mind.
The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. For food supplements, we cannot accept opened packages due to food safety regulations - unopened products are eligible for return. Damage caused by you (beyond normal handling) may disqualify a return.

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 3: We provide return shipping instructions and address.
Step 4: Send the unopened package via your preferred courier (shipping cost is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
Once we receive and verify your return (unopened, undamaged), we process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method or as a bank transfer at your request.
Opened, used, or damaged packages cannot be returned due to food safety regulations. Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for return. Items returned without communication may incur additional verification delays.
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately. Cancellation is free before dispatch. Once dispatched, you must use the 14-day return process.
If you refuse delivery upon arrival, we collect the package and process a refund. Return shipping costs may apply depending on your location.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund at your preference.
